Senior Test Analyst (Payroll / FICO)

Create testing artefacts, including test plans and test summary reports, while managing and coordinating test efforts across the program.

Derive and produce test cases and associated test data from detailed requirements and processes, ensuring ongoing maintenance and traceability.

Execute test cases across SAP S/4HANA modules and document results with a strong emphasis on accurate and thorough reporting.

Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution while collaborating with support teams, system integrators, and developers.

Provide expert advice and guidance to project stakeholders and mentor subject matter experts within the organisation.

Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst (5+ years) with demonstrated expertise in SAP Finance (FICO) module testing.

Demonstrated ability to perform System Integration Testing across FICO and integrated modules (MM, SD, PP) with limited guidance.

Proven track record in at least one full-cycle SAP FICO implementation or major upgrade, including month-end and year-end process testing.

Strong background in testing methodologies and tools, such as CALM, with a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into clear business language for diverse stakeholders.
